Whether you are brand new to FasciaBlasting or have been enjoying our tools for some time, please keep these few guidelines in mind whenever you FasciaBlast:

  1. When starting on a new area, keep the pressure light and soft with short duration. See how your body responds, and then increase the length of time and pressure accordingly if that makes sense for your body. Don’t push through pain!
  2. Before and After pictures are a necessary way to help you to see results and track your progress. We encourage you to take them weekly or monthly depending on the frequency of your blasting. Try to get in the same position in the same lighting to track your progress.
  3. Always listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, stop and ask questions. The FasciaBlaster process is not a one-size-fits-all program. This experience is to help you get in tune with your tissue, having your mind, body and spirit work in harmony. We have a team of people ready to address your questions and concerns.
